STAY IN LUXURY:

The home has 3 sleeping areas 2 living areas, 2 baths, a huge deck, game areas, and sleeps up-to 8 guests.

The main floor has a stunning living area, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a spectacular oversized bathroom with a free standing tub. the top floor has a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 3 bedrooms and entrance to the deck. Step down from the main floor to the lower floor which has a game area, 2 family rooms and 1 full bathroom.

COOK AND DINE :

The kitchen has a breakfast bar, microwave, coffeemaker, stove with oven, and comes fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans dishes, serving bowls and silverware. Trash bags, paper towels and dish soap are all provided.

ENTERTAIN ON A HUGE DECK:

Continue the entertaining on the impeccable oversized wrap-around deck. It has everything you need to enjoy your time in the mountains.

VILLAGE AMENITIES :

You will have access to the whole house except Garage, and all the amenities(seasonal) in the community. The village has three swimming beaches with lifeguards , and four lakes stocked for fishing and boating. A number of sport activities take place in the village which includes horse shoes, Bocce ball, and shuffle board areas, along with playgrounds, and miles of state gamelands surround locust lake village for hiking. The use of the village amenities needs "Guest Wristbands"

We offer six FREE guest wrist bands to use these amenities. Children under 12 are free. Additional bands are available for a fee.

NO SMOKING / NOISE - The village is patrolled by 24/7 security and is known to issue fines for noise after 10 PM. As this is a NON Smoking House, they also issue fines for smoking inside our outside the house at ANY time. As a reminder , for our guests safety and enforcing house rules, the EXTERIOR of the house is monitored by surveillance cameras 24/7.

TRASH - As trash cans get frequented raided by animals - we request guests to drop trash / recycles at the Village compactor located at 202 Martha's Lane when they leave . The compactor are open from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Mondays,Wednesday,Fridays and Saturdays. On Sunday they are open till from 9AM - 5 PM.

The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or it's facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Must be 25 years old or older to book!
