Guest Access:
On the way to the rental unit, guests will need to pick up their access credentials at the nearby rental office which will be given the day before check-in. You are welcome to enjoy the entire house and property for the duration of your stay. Once registered as a visitor of the community, you will be able to enter the community and have access to it's amenities. Please inquire for more information.

The Neighborhood:
You will be staying in a sought-after community nestled in Pocono Mountains, PA. Here you will have access to lakes, beaches, and community amenities like pools, volleyball, and tennis courts. Just a short drive from major ski resorts and local attractions, conveniently located near all the essentials.

Getting Around:
Public transportation is limited, therefore we recommend having a car for easy navigation. During the winter months, we recommend driving cars with 4-wheel drive.

» Maximum occupancy is 10 people ($50/night extra charge for guests above 6)

» The community has amenities: pools, beaches, tennis courts, etc.
» Community fees are required and paid separately for each reservation for guests above 6 yo.

» Filling our guest form ENTIRELY and paying community fees are required for community registration
» If the community registration form is not completed 1 day before check-in, you will not be able to enter the community, and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Form must be completed 3 days or earlier to avoid the $100 late registration fee.

» Unannounced pets - $500 fine

» No towels at the pools and beaches
» Don’t feed wild animals
» Don’t leave food or trash exposed outdoors
» Please cover the patio couches when not in use
» Firewood is not provided
» Please check for fire bans on the Arrowhead website before starting a fire
» Safety systems tampering caries a $500 fine and is a reason for eviction and booking cancelation
