"Despite the Expedia "No Pets Allowed" rating, they were. On every floor and every room, with no attempt to segregate out pet presence. The staff was unconcerned to the point of discourtesy. We were told that was our fault for relying on Expedia. Breakfast was good. I had to bring it to my wife in our room -- where the the pet dander level was at least lower than the general areas. "

"Old building and not as nice as the images suggest. Short staffed. Small pool. Close to casino and a lot of local and commercial stores. Okay for the price."

"We were on a road trip and got tired. I looked up hotel accommodations and this one came up the cheapest. Usually I don’t go with the cheapest because typically you’ll get what you pay for. However my gamble turned out very well surprisingly. The staff was kind and efficient af the front desk. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Both my husband and I agreed. Highly recommend. Also it’s right off the highway for easy access. "

"Første værelse vi fik anvist var møgbeskidt. Og toilettet løb over i så dane mængter at det lød id på gangen Store nullermænd alle vegne. De 2 næste var ikke på nogen måder bedre. Men de hade en spændende lugt, kan være de hade noget med de store plamager som var på madrasserne. der ikke lige frem var behagelig. Da vi spurgte on det var muligt at få gjort et af rummene gjort rent eller få pengende tilbage. Var svaret at det ikke var hendes opgave. Hvorefter hun forlod os og tog værelses...

"I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times over the last few years and this will be the last time. My recent experience was very off. The hotel is starting to get rundown, but my main complaint stems from the little bar in the lobby. Every evening the whole lobby turns into a gross dive bar. People (not sure if they were guests or locals) yelling and screaming and being rowdy. The employees just sit over there with the bar patrons so didn’t even bother complaining since they clearly didn’t...

"Very neat and clean hotel. Staff was very helpful when we needed some extra towels. We had a handicap room (I booked ahead and chose the wrong room) and the roll-in shower was easy to use, but the water went outside of the shower curtain due to a design flaw. We just put down extra towels and it was fine. Very comfy bed!"

"Staff was nice and helpful, location wasn't ideal but nice none the less. Loved their options on bathroom amenities and their pillows were so comfortable! The pool was nice but very humid inside. All around, I give it a 7/10"

"This Red Roof was fine, very convenient location, quite, helpful staff, allowed pets (including cat with litter box). We’ve stayed here twice, it was fine both times."
