"Lots of noise from the street, is one thing. But we stayed at 6th floor, and at 7am the pool cleaning unit started, and the noise from this is so much so sleeping was impossible. It sounded like a construction company was remodeling.
Many of the plants between the floor levels was completely dried out and yellow.
