On the first floor, you immediately enter the most central and authentic room of the house, with its large fireplace. You could say that it is the heart of the house.
Next to it are a large modern kitchen and a rustic and warm dining table. A large modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, double sink and toilet.

A bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) gives access to a second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This bedroom is also accessible from the outside.

The house is surrounded by a large garden of 2,000 m². This garden (unfenced) consists of several levels and terraces, most of which offer a magnificent view of the sea. At the front of the garden is a small pond (1m in diameter) containing about 20 cm of water in winter.
The house is located in an unspoilt locality, so you can observe splendid starry skies on a clear day.
Parking for several cars is available. Pets are allowed.
