The modernly furnished house features a spacious open-plan living/dining area with air conditioning, a cozy couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the covered terrace (150 m2) with a view of the pool and the sea. Furthermore, there is one bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace, a bathroom with a shower as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV and share a balcony with a sea view. Additionally, there are two bathrooms on this floor, each with a shower, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
