- Utility room with sink, washing machine. Seafood preparation utensils.
- Bedroom 1 : double bed 160 cm x 200 cm and en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

- Beautiful 900 m² enclosed garden with trees. When the sun goes down, head for the heights behind the house to admire the panoramic view from Pléneuf to Erquy and the colorful, lively dance of the many paragliders!

- Two to three cars can be parked in the garden.

The house is located in the heart of a quiet, relaxing neighborhood (la ville Berneuf), just 500 m from the beach.
- In the immediate vicinity of the GR34
- You'll find all the shops you need in downtown Pléneuf, and Erquy is 4 km away.
- The market takes place on Friday mornings in Val André, and on Tuesday mornings in Pléneuf and Erquy on Saturday mornings.
