We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming duplex at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 32 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 32 m² with a sitting area and TV
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 3 : a single bed (90x190)
- A bathroom with shower

- A nice terrace of 10m² to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the apartment which can accommodate 1 vehicle.
