"Pool seemed to be under maintenance but no signage to state it was unheated and basically an ice bath. No coffee available except during breakfast which when we asked at the bar we were met with incredibly rude response from staff. When we asked if there was a coffee shop close (after a long travel day I just wanted a coffee!) the guy just mumbled he wasn’t sure. Overcooked steak tips (asked for medium rare but they were well done) at a premium price from the restaurant. House keeping was great,...

"We had a wonderful view room. The hotel was close proximity to everything. Very clean. Breakfast wasn’t really breakfast. Often times there was no one at the counter. The servers or workers were in the back. They could do a better job of watching the counter. They were all very nice though."

"I would not recommend the Moxy to a fellow traveler. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but there were issues. First, the check-in process was rather long due to issues with their system. When we got to our room there were no cups, so that was a trip down to the lobby. The TV had issues with only some of the channels working. That wouldn’t have bothered me if I could have logged into my streaming apps, but Netflix and Amazon Prime are your only options.
