"Nice clean and stylish room. Really comfortable bed. Service was next level and we got a very good breakfast. I give Taá my best recommendations."

"Superb. One of the best (if not the best) boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. All the space is exquisitely designed. The food is glorious but it’s the staff what makes it absolutely outstanding. Yes you can stay in so many other different small, boutique, design-forward hotels in CDMX, but know, you’ll be missing out."

"Great location, wonderful room, no complaints"

"Very clean great staff !"

"Rigtig godt ophold! "

"I stayed at Sofitel in Mexico city over Easter, and I couldnt have been happier with this hotel. The rooms and facilities where great, and the staff was super friendly and extremely service minded."

"Every-time i visit Mexico city, i stay here. Great hotel, amazing staff, the area is super walkable and have felt super safe. Many stores around. 10/10 would recommend"

"The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. The staff were not helpful at all and simply told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall the place was nice but the lack of assistance and inconsistency with the listing made the experience less enjoyable."

"The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing is that (as is the problem with many properties in Mexico City due to sinking) the floor in our room is not level which took some getting used to but in the and was fine. Also the housekekeper kept moving things back when I moved them to make it more convenient for me - annoying but a small issue. We felt very safe, they have a 24hour doorman who lets you in and out, even offers you an umbrella if it looks like...

"Hotel Casa Izel is a very nice hotel in a good location. It is close to great restaurants in the Roma Norte area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. An excellent breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was included."

"Overordnet fint sted. Man kunne høre nye gæste checke in sent og slæbe kufferter op. "
