"Excelente location in the heart of Haro."

"We got a horrible room, we were not offered any alternative/resolution. Not what we expected."

"A self check- in property, which is fine. Clean - one towel was a little dirty, if I’m being picky. Couldn’t access the parking which was annoying although on street parking was available when we arrived. Easy walk into old Haro, which has charm. Very good value, so overall pleased."

"Gorgeously decorated to suit the medieval building, very ample room with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese, nuts, cakes, toast and jam. The lady owner was very welcoming and helpful. Although Hotels.com advertises the Tower with air conditioning, the place does not have it, but despite the hot weather the room stayed sufficiently cool to enjoy the Tower and the surroundings. Highly recommended for its uniqueness."

"Bare fantastisk - fra velkomst til udtjekning. Talte godt engelsk.

"The room was clean and comfortable kitchen was fully equipped but the outside patio was not looked after."

"Beautiful location and room, very personal service"
