Tuve un problema con mi reservación y lo resolvieron dándome una habitación de mayor categoría.. el hotel no es lujoso pero la habitación estaba muy limpia y bien arreglada !! Excelente hotel !!!"

"Our familiy spent three days at Los Flamingos and enjoyed it a lot - it is like going 60 years back in time to the Hollywood hey-days. The hotel has a really nice and calm atmosphere, good service and is located with a spectacular view of the ocean.
However, it is not a modern hotel and not particular centrally located - if you look for modern comfort you should go somewhere else. If you look for a unique experience in Acapulco, I strongly recommend this hotel."
