"Very nice hotel, big rooms in an old villa, fully equipped. The staff was very friendly and helped with everything you need. "This hotel has been recently renovated and it feels like a completely different place. It is nothing like the old version. The hotel now is very clean, fairly quiet with comfortable rooms/beds, great showers, good WiFi, wonderful staff and is set at a very fair price. I know the city of Iquitos well and this is one of the best places you can stay, particularly if you’re just staying for a few nights. It’s in a very central location near everything you would want to be close to. Very safe also....

"The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. "

"Buena experiencia en general. El personal es bastante atento y se involucra bastante en satisfacer tus necesidades. Las habitaciones son buenas y acorde al precio que pagas. La atención del desayuno muy buena también. Lo recomiendo y volvería a ir. Solo deberían ser más rigurosos con el uso de mascarillas. Tanto el personal como algunos huéspedes no la usaban, correctamente, en áreas comunes interiores. "

"This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. I can get demanding at times with them, but they always pull through. I talk to them on whats app and arrange my stay and they always accomidate me.
