I was expecting a “boutique” experience - There were aunts on the kitchen counter, shower/toilet/floors were not cleaned well (our feet were dirty shortly after getting unpacked), back porch lights didn't work (strings out and bulb at back door), air conditioning units were hard to use and wouldn't stay on all day or night so temperature was hard to regular, designated...

"We found everything clean, tidy and the staff friendly. The breakfast area is on the small side for the size of the hotel but it’s not a deal breaker. We only needed toast and a coffee anyway. "

"Townhome was big with modern kitchen. Master bedroom was large and bathroom was fantastic. Support staff was easy to reach and responsive and got the internet sorted out within a couple of hours.
Pool was nice and close by. Would have been nice to have an adult pool or better hours instead of 7-9 am and 7-9 pm of which the guests didn't respect as children were in the pool during "adult" times. With so many kids in the pool you can't even go for laps."

"Excellent condo. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen includes all utensils, pots, pans, dishes plus more. Washer and dryer in the condo. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and one on the second with it’s own ensuite bathroom . Nest thermostat to control temperature. Only a 3 minute walk to the village and all the activities. Scenic caves are a five minute drive. Plenty of parking right outside the condo. I would definitely stay there again!"

"very nice though some dishes that were put back in the shelves were not dried fully and still had water in them and there were drops of pink cleaning liquid on the stairs when we arrived. other than that the place was super comfortable and those issues were very minor for us."
