"The hotel and service was 5 stars but the fact that you have paid a lot to stay at the hotel and then you still have to pay to use a chair at the pool or beach is simply unacceptable and for this reason I would never go back to this hotel. I feel cheated and very disappointed. "

"this was great is right across the street from parasasa beach! Staff was very welcoming and friendly overall a good experience!"

"Lack of staff is affecting the operation of this place. Very poor."

There were some exceptional people and some that were lazy. The other thing that we didn’t like and noticed is that the bars would only rinse glasses vs use clean ones from dishwasher when busy. We saw this at multiple bars. We also saw dirty dishes that didn’t get clean. I would recommend bringing your own cup/glass and having...

"We enjoyed the pool and the relaxed athmosphere. We will surely visit again."

"We came during the soft opening. We were only the 26th guests. The resort is eventually going to be beautiful but we went during construction. Even with the construction going on the resort was very beautiful and accommodating. The food options were limited but good. For example a menu item may be available at dinner but the snack bar may have the same items available at lunch the next day. We expected this due to our booking during a soft opening. The were great at informing us of expectations...
