The area is a bit far from zona romantica, took uber everyday which cost us a bit more money. But it’s all worth it because of the view overlooking the ocean. Very quiet and relaxing."

"This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. While the hotel boasts beautifully decorated spaces it is the staff at Rivera Del Rio that made this place wonderful. The breakfast staff, the bartender and the woman at front desk and Javier were very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again. "
