Other Things to Note:

It is important to consider that it is located very close to 5th Avenue and therefore there is noise at night from bars, live music and people passing by.



Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



Before your arrival we will ask you for a passport photo or identification of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.



The condominium is regularly fumigated against pests, but due to the humid climate of the city and vegetation you may find small insects or animals such as ants.



The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are located in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium.
