Guest Access:

Full access to the apartment and all building amenities: both pools, rooftop jacuzzis, gym, spa, and parking. Register at reception on arrival to get your amenity wristband.



The Neighborhood:

Playa del Carmen's Centro neighborhood — 5th Avenue a 5-minute walk, beach about 10 minutes on foot. Restaurants, cafés, and shops in every direction. Ferry terminal to Cozumel ~15 minutes. Cancún airport ~1 hour by car.



Getting Around:

Very walkable area. Taxis and Uber available. ADO bus terminal close by for trips to Cancún, Tulum, or beyond.

· All cancelations from VRBO are subject to a 5% fee due to transaction fees

· Be respectful and quiet at all times.

· Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

· No smoking indoors or in common areas. Smoking permitted only on the rooftop.

· Minors must be supervised by adults.

· No events or parties.

· Pool: 8am-11pm. · Shower first.

· No glass or ceramics.

· Maximum depth: 1.20m.

· Gym: 7am-10pm. Athletic wear required. Only water and sports drinks allowed.

· Appropriate attire in common areas, gym, and pool.

· No wet clothing in elevators.

· Check-in at front desk and wristband required for facility access.
