The Space:

The apartment has an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, and a comfortable king bed. The private patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Building amenities include two pools, two jacuzzis on the rooftop, a gym, spa area, and 24/7 reception. Parking included.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to your apartment and all building amenities: both pools, the rooftop jacuzzis, gym, spa area, and parking. Register at reception on arrival to get your amenity wristband.



The Neighborhood:

Playa del Carmen's Centro neighborhood puts you right in the middle of everything. The famous 5th Avenue is a 5-minute walk, the beach is about 10 minutes on foot, and you'll find restaurants, cafés, and shops in every direction. The ferry terminal to Cozumel is around 15 minutes away. Cancún airport is about an hour by car.



Getting Around:

Most of what you need is walkable from the apartment. For longer trips, taxis and Uber are readily available. Car rentals are easy to arrange if you want to explore the Riviera Maya — cenotes, Tulum, and Xcaret are all within reach. The ADO bus terminal is very close for trips to Cancún, Tulum, or beyond.

· Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

· No smoking indoors or in common areas. Smoking permitted only on the rooftop.

· Minors must be supervised by adults.

· No events or parties.

· Pool: 8am-11pm. · Shower first.

· No glass or ceramics.

· Maximum depth: 1.20m.

· Gym: 7am-10pm. Athletic wear required. Only water and sports drinks allowed.

· Appropriate attire in common areas, gym, and pool.

· No wet clothing in elevators.

· Check-in at front desk and wristband required for facility access.
