    Magic Paradise er dit hjem væk fra hjemmet, som ligger få skridt væk mellem Famous 5th Avenue og Caribien Beach. Hvis du kan lide at være i centrum af handlingen og bare sekunder gå til alt du eventuelt kunne oplevelse.
    Smukke Penthouse enhed til rådighed her med privat tagterrasse, privat jacuzzi og fantastisk havudsigt, når du kan nyde en stille morgenmad eller slå eftermiddagssol. Adgang til lejligheden privat gårdsplads.


    Lejligheden har 4 niveauer, på første niveau kan du finde: Fuldt udstyret køkken og vaskerum med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler maskine, spisestue og stue med balkon overfor 28th street (gaden for at nå Mamitas Beach Club).
    På det andet niveau, du har to rummelige og private soveværelser, master soveværelse har en Kind size seng med høj kvalitet madras, individuelt kontrolleret AC, TV med Cablevision, og en lille balkon. Det andet soveværelse har 2 Queen Size senge og badeværelse stort indbygget skab med pengeskab.
    På det tredje niveau du finder den tredje Soveværelse med 2 Queen Size senge, eget badeværelse, lille køkken fuldt udstyret, Minibar, mikroovn og skydedøre til tagterrassen med en Outdoor Dining Room og grill. Så har du ROOFTOP med en privat og fantastiske pool og liggestole.

Reviewer Comments: We had 8 adults and 2 children staying at this property for 5 nights. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. With such a big group that was very important. We were walking distance to so many things. Busy 5th street and the beach. Any issues we had were handled immediately. Say to communicate with our concierge. And they were all very helpful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good things first- the location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach and 5th Avenue. Very good for a big family or a group of up to 8 people. AC works good.But there are far more bad things:- very, very dated - poor maintanance (water leaking in two rooms-awful smell in master bedroom, water in the vanity drawers,..)- no barbecue, dirty pool and unuseful terrace ( no shade or roof, very slippery, no pillows on the chairs,..)- small, dirty and cool pool in the backyard- uncomfortable beds, loud music from the restaurant below the appartment (it didn’t bother us when stoped at midnight but one night it was unberably loud till 2:30am)- toilette paper can not be thrown in the toilettes- almost no water pressure in the shower, no hot water in the shower which is usually ok- no hot water in the kitchen and no dishwashet make washing dishes a difficult task😉Playa moments concierge didn’t do the job (booked transportation from the airport didn’t come, we didn’t see them in 2 weeks, we were never noticed when the cleaning ladies are coming, ...

Horrible!

Let me start by saying location was very good. But the bad was really bad...I arranged transportation through the host, arrived at airport to see a nice gentleman holding a sign with my name, after we got in the shuttle with another gentleman who spoke no English pulled off with us then asked where are we going?! What?! Shouldn’t he know?! Anyway they never gave an address only on the corner of whatever street (where there are many buildings) after me sending frantic messages and him stopping asking ppl on the street a guy waived us down who worked for the property manager. Day 2, while getting ready for our excursion the water went out!! Day 3 last day before we left, the electricity went out around midnight, which means no air!!! I messaged the host, but no response, we were leaving the next morning so needless to say most of us left without charging our phone, power never came back on. I messaged everyone I could think of, and the only response I got was that they apologize for the inconvenience and I can stay at discount next time! There will be no next time. The company name is Playamoments or Clearstay Vacation, I received communication from both names. If you don’t care about air conditioning or water outages this is your place.

Reviewer Comments: The appartment was overall realy dirty not clean when we came there alot of broken things like doorhandles hanging loose the rooftop pool Where pealing the mossaiq, there Where missing alot of kitchen equipment like forks and knife Where not for all of the guest, and there Where nothing to clean the appartment whit during the stay we had to buy the equipment for our self. The contact that i got his namne was Daniel stop answering me when i contacted him whit my worries, one time he reply that i had to understand that they Where busy becouse of the hollidays. I had to go true the owner to get my worries attended. The AC unit in the master bedroom was broken 3 nights, the result was sleeping in 28 degres whit a 10 month old baby not so pleasant. The shower was dripping in 2 of the 3 bedrooms realy loud that keeps you awake. The Wi-Fi only works in master bedroom and Livingroom and is super slow. The boiler for the warm water broke when we Where sitting on the roof terrass Where the boiler is located whit the result that hot water and realy warm Steam Came out in the area Where we Where sitting and having dinner and the owner only replay ”i hope you didnt get wet” and a smiley. The pictures are either taken 10 years ago or done a makeover in Photoshop.

Reviewer Comments: the appartement is nice. it's a shame that little reparatures aren't done immidiatly and that the functionment of the apparatures was not checked before our arrival. the worst was the enormous construction sites on two corner of the appartment. the noise and the dirt coming from there made it nearly impossible to use one room, the pool and the rooftop lounge. i asked for a discount, but they tried to charge me 15$ for a bottle of water and a dirty towel. her explaination, they could nothing for the construction is ********! at least tell it to your guest! you're charging the price for paradise but your appartment is nothing more than nice. and how about putting some actual pictures on internet? i'm disappointed...

Great apartment with new bathrooms and a roof deck. Plenty of closet space, roof deck amazing. They provide bath and beach towels. We were seven girls and this was perfect. Very quiet. A bit bright at night in the king sized bedroom because a spotlight shines down calle 28 all night. Otherwise perfect! Apartment is in great area near lots of restaurants and Mamitas beach. Lots of stairs which was fine for us but keep in mind if you're a family with small children. Can't wait to go back!

Reviewer Comments: The information given in this advert did not correctly depict the state of the apartment and surrounding facilities.The fact that it stated that it was suitable for families is not entirely true. As the condo has a stairs to 3 floors for young children under 5 it is very dangerous and we had to be vigilant the whole time. The condo requires better maintenance as the for the price we paid we expected better. Unfortunately due to the fact we booked during Playa del Carmen's peak season it was not relaxing at all for there are 4 bars below that played dance music from 1100 to 0400 every day. For party people this would be great place. Mamitas beach club also had beach concerts on for 3 nights in a row. Our concierge we only saw the first day but Ingrid from PlayaMoments was very proactive. We understand that it was peak season but feel that it was not good value for money and would be able find better value options elsewhere.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
