This condominium on the second floor, called Jojo, offers you a 1-bedroom suite completely furnished, kitchen and living room to enjoy an extended stay.



The suite features 1 private bedroom with a King bed, Smart TV, blackout curtains, USB charging lamps, closet and private safe in the bedroom.

The condo has a full bathroom with complimentary toiletries, towels, shower with rainfall showerhead and sink. The separate living room has a sofa and flat-screen TV and connects to a small private terrace.



The kitchen area has a refrigerator, large microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and stove with pots, pans, and cooking utensils included. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, plates, and utensils for 4 people. Pool towels are also provided during your stay.



Singular Joy Downtown features free WiFi in all public areas, the terrace offers beautiful sea views and two large outdoor pools, plus a poolside bar. Additionally, the establishment provides concierge services.

Please note that there is no parking available on the premises and that noise from the clubs can be loud during certain hours.



This suite is located in a privileged area within walking distance of everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Just one block from the beach and several beach clubs, one block from a convenience store, two blocks from the famous 5th Avenue, a 10-minute walk from the ADO bus terminal, a 10-minute walk from Walmart, a 15-minute walk from the Ultramar ferry station to Cozumel, and a perfect location to quickly access all kinds of restaurants and bars you're looking for during your stay.
