This retreat also offers free high-speed WiFi, perfect for remote work, streaming, and distance learning. The private washer/dryer will ensure that guests can take care of their clothes and relax at their own pace. Let the clothes go while enjoying a show on the smart TV. The Klem community provides a beautiful shared rooftop pool for guests to enjoy, in addition to an interior garden with a waterfall, a solarium, and an outdoor dining area. Don't forget to gaze out to the ocean from the rooftop!

Stroll around to check out the restaurants, shops, and bars in the immediate area–fun is just an easy walk away! This apartment is just two city blocks from the famous Fifth Avenue shopping district. The beach is only three blocks away, with Playa Martina and the peaceful Playa Shangri-La as the closest beaches. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar).

Things to Know
Construction is occurring in front of the property until June 2024. Noise and dust can be expected all day every day of the week. Please contact our customer experience team within 24 hours of creating your reservation if you feel this will be a problem. Refunds cannot be given within 30 days of check-in and after 24 hours have passed since booking.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
Unit for sale. Guest may be asked for a showing coordinated in advance.
Beach towels are available for guest use.
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
A double-size sofabed in the living room provides extra sleeping space.

Security camera details: There are security cameras (streaming without sound) located at the following locations: The main entrance of the building (with a view to the street), on the first level near the elevator entrance (with a view of the main entrance), levels 2, 3, and 4 (with a view of the elevator entrances in the corridor), and on the pool level with a view of the dining and pool area. No cameras film inside the apartments.

Great location, a little rough on the edges

Well, located first floor apartment with balcony. Nicely sized and everything worked. Some things needed a little repair like spouting water from faucets. Also agree with previous comment about the need for curtains in the bedroom. There was some response on customer service but not consistent. OK

Place was great! The electricity went out once, but came back on a few hours later. I noticed in other reviews that power outage occurred for up to two days, but thank God we didn’t experience that. The other issue was they never told me the garage was not working, but that was ok, we managed to park outside the building.

Modern, clean, comfortable spot in a great location

My family of three stayed here for 4 days. The location was great for us. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to do in Playa Del Carmen without being too close to the noisy bars. Everything was clean and as described. The check-in process was easy and quick, as was the check-out process. Having a garage to park our rental car was awesome. We spent the majority of the days out and about, but the condo was a great place to end our days. 10/10 would recommend.

We loved the condo. It was clean and looks like the pictures so no surprises. The roof top pool was amazing as well and it’s at a great location very close to the beach club!!! Will return!!!

Great place in Playa del Carmen!

This is a cute place with plenty of space for my wife and I. It was a short walk from the Quinta Avenida (5th Av.) which was awesome. It’s also a short walk to the beach, though there was a lot of seaweed there. The Rooftop pool was also very nice, and it had a nice seating area as well. When we had questions, Leonardo, Irán, and others were extremely helpful, and quick to respond.

Playa vacation

The only downside was being directly across from a noisy construction site. This would have been good to know before we booked. I would recommend a blind on the big window facing the street for more privacy and I think the air conditioning in the main living area was not working very well.

je n'y retournerais pas

l'appartement est agréable, bien situé, prés de tout. Certains travaux devraient être faits pour que cet appartement "Klem Luxury residence" porte et mérite son nom. Les miroirs des salles de bain sont ternis, la robinetterie aussi. La literie est à changer, elle est usée, tachée. Selon les photos sur votre site, la terrasse donnait un un petit boisé. celui-ci est disparu et on y construit un nouvel immeuble. Beau coup de bruit et poussière. on devait tenir fermées, les portes et les fenêtres.

Pillows - Rocks

Property cleanness was good, the bigger issues was the pillows, extremely hard (decoration pillows are not the right ones to sleep on) the couch in the living room the manager doesn’t provide comforter or pillow either. Also, there is a construction in front and on the side of the condominium- a lot of noise in the morning. Customer service was good to resolve the a/c problem.

A perfect spot!

This condo property is exactly as the pictured. It was very clean and a great price for the size. I must say that the roof top was spectacular! The only disappointment was....the pictures on VRBO showed a fantastic view but not so much now. They really should update that. There was major construction right across from the balcony but it started at 9 and ended by 5, so it was no concern to us. They did aware us of that after we booked and we had 24 hours to cancel the reservation. Honestly, where can you rent in PDC without having some sort of construction going on?? The location was one block from 5th Ave. but at the north end where it is more quiet and only 2 short blocks to the beach. We would definitely rent this place again!!

Perfect spot

Great place and location. One major downfall is that the shades are not black out shades. There are two extremely bright street lights on two of the sides of the condo. It’s like trying to sleep in the daylight. It’s brutal!

Loved it

It is a quite area, and yet just a block away from one of the main streets. The apartment is beautiful. I marked the cleanliness as 4, as there were cobwebs in some of the corners in the bedroom.
