"York Cove Hotel is in a very picturesque location, across the cove from George Town. It is a self-managed hotel so there is no one on the premise to help you but the manager answered the phone since I didn’t receive any check in information ahead. The pool was not in operation but the room and bathroom is very spacious and clean. The area is beautiful, nice place to relax for a few days."

"We booked Domescapes on a whim, and I'm so glad we did. Hands down one of the best experiences of the trip. The hospitality courtesy of the fine folks running Swinging Gate, was absolutely incredible. We love, love, loved their wines, we not only partook in the tasting but found ourselves at the Cellar door nightly before close for a glass or bottle to share.
Sleeping, bathing, and just relaxing under the stars is an experience I won't forget any time soon."

We stayed in one of the Boatman’s cottages constructed in 1860 which features a separate bedroom, lounge, dining room/kitchen and bathroom, the gas fire in the lounge kept us toasty warm as did the wall heaters in bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The whole precinct was a joy to stay in as was the surrounding village of Low Head. The on site cafe had very good meals. We loved the ability to order a heat...
