There are train tracks near the property that create a potential for noise. The train honks a horn as it passes through Plattsburgh. Most people have no problem with the noise, but we want to make sure guests are aware! This might also be a safety concern for those with small children.

**A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card used to book. This hold will take place starting two days before check-out and will automatically be refunded 7 days after check-out.
1) Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available due to the limited time we have in between reservations. A late check-out may result in a $50 fee.

2) Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Recurring noise complaints from neighbors may result in a $100 fee.

3) Please notify us of any damages to the unit.
