NOTE:

*In the living room on the lower floor, there is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, plus the option to add one single folding bed, bringing the villa’s total capacity to 15 people *

We’writing to inform you about the introduction of an environmental tax in Greece pursuant to Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette A 204/11-12-2023)

This new tax is not included in the price and must be paid by you in cash when you arrive at the property to meet the owner or property manager

After payment, the owner or property manager will provide you with a receipt


Depending on the type of property you booked, the following taxes will apply:

November through February

€4 per night

March through October

€10 per night

The amounts listed above are per night and NOT per person





→ Just for your information, the owner’s parents live in an apartment located within the property, but it is completely separate from the villa, and they cannot see any of the villa’s outdoor areas so you will have complete privacy in any case
