"Loved my stay at the Golden Palace. Staff was really friendly and super serviceminded. The morning breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had in Lombok. The wifi was great and the television was good as well with the basic English canals. Everything worked and the staff had everything under control, which can be rare in Bali/Gili Islands/Lombok."

Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. Would definitely recommend a stay. The pool was amazing and a really decent length. "
