The Space:

The Rustic Reed Barn is a beautifully converted space that was once a bustling woodworking shop. Now transformed into a cozy and unique home, it retains its historical character while offering modern comfort. The bedroom is furnished with two comfortable queen beds and a bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families. You will find two full bathrooms for added convenience, both stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. The living room serves as a welcoming shared space to relax after a day of exploring, featuring plush seating and a large television for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals, and it includes a coffee maker and a toaster for your morning routines. A dedicated workspace is available for those who need to stay connected, offering a quiet environment and reliable wireless internet access. The dining area provides a perfect spot for shared meals, with a spacious table that comfortably accommodates the whole group. Outside, you can enjoy the fresh air with a barbecue grill and a fire pit, perfect for quiet evenings spent under the stars. Washer and Dryer is also provided for your convenience, ensuring you have everything you need for a stress free and comfortable stay in this charming countryside retreat.

Other Things to Note:

•Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 in damages done to the property.

•Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

•Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.

•I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Any stays exceeding 30 days will require a mid-stay cleaning after the 14 day mark at the guests expense for change of linens and light cleaning.

📺 We do not have a cable service, but we do offer smart TVs for your enjoyment. You’re welcome to log in to your favorite streaming services and relax with your own shows and movies during your stay.
