"Katie was very quick to respond and a very gracious host. The house is a few blocks from Providence College campus, so it was perfect for seeing my daughter. The house is also less than 10 minutes to downtown and all the other wonderful Providence attractionsThe house was very neat and tidy when we arrived and it was nice to have parking spots behind the house so we did not need to park on the street. "We booked this property because it was advertised as an “entire house,” but when we arrived we found that wasn’t the case—there are people living downstairs. We could clearly hear them talking through the door that separates the first and second floors, which took away from the privacy we expected. It looks like the listing has been updated since we booked, but just be aware that this rental is only the top floor of an occupied home. Nice house overall, but not the private stay we anticipated"
