Treat yourself! Upon arriving at this gorgeous, modern seaside villa, you'll be welcomed by beautiful landscaping and friendly staff, ready to usher you in for a cold welcome beverage. This is not a party house, but a quiet stretch of the peninsula with full-time neighbors.
As you're ushered through the front doors your eyes will be drawn all the way through the open-concept main level to the view of the Caribbean. To the right, your first ensuite bedroom. Next is the comfortable gathering area with a 75" flat screen across from the ten-foot island that will be a sure-place to come together in the kitchen. Beyond the island is a massive dining table under two striking chandeliers and a convenient powder bath to freshen up.
The main level also boasts a huge bedroom with pool and sea views and an en-suite tub, shower, double vanity with a bonus outdoor shower!
Head up the stairs to the upper level and you'll pass under a contemporary light-piece with crystal balls suspended 10 feet from the ceiling.
The second level offers a great hang-out area for adults or kids alike... a full-size ping pong table, flat screen TV and half-bath are all found here. Three en-suite bedrooms are found on this level, two "junior suites" overlooking the ocean and pool, each with their own indoor/outdoor showers. A front balcony and complimenting huge seaside balcony will draw you outdoors. Just when you think it can't get any better... take the spiral staircase to the covered rooftop lounge area to enjoy the 360 views of the Caribbean for miles, lagoon, and the sun setting over the Mayan Mountains.
The back of the house is the Spot where you'll spend most your time deciding between being IN the large private pool with swim-up barstools or ON the pool deck with shaded areas to lounge and sunny areas to bronze. A sunken pergola-covered lounge area is the perfect place to socialize, or you can take a few steps to some solitude on the white-sand beach and dip your toes in warm Caribbean water (or enjoy one of the complimentary paddle boards or sea kayaks!).
When you've had enough relaxing, a little pool volleyball and some beach tunes on the supplied Bluetooth stereo may be just what you're ready for!
