"The parking lot was being repaved and repainted, but the gal with short hair was so patient and accommodating by letting us and others park on the red with a little paper voucher. I was so tired from my 11 hour drive but she was happy to repeat anything! Thanks so much!! "

Rather noisy outside with BART passing by frequently. One annoying aspect of the bathroom was there were no racks to hang towels other than in the shower itself. So hand towels and bath towels rarely dried and typically ended on the floor."

"Renaissance is a fantastic hotel. The staff, facilities (pool and gym) were all excellent. The surrounding area is fairly limited but you do have everything you need on site and the BART station is a 5 min walk away. It was a shame to leave! "

Vi blev indkvarteret på 25. etage, hvor man samtidig havde gang i en renovering. Det betød, at vi blev vækket af håndværker larm tidligt hver morgen. Receptionen kunne ikke fortælle, hvor længe det ville stå på. Her skulle man nok have lukket etagen.
Hotellet har en lille morgenmadscafé, der nok er lidt overvurderet på hjemmesiden. Udbuddet er stærkt begrænset og til stærkt forhøjede priser.
Rengøring på værelset kan der ikke sættes på en finger på og personalet her er meget imødekommende.

"Vi havde et fint ophold på Grand Hyatt. Vi boede fire på et double queen værelse med byudsigt. Hotellet ligger meget centralt lige ved Union Square. Man kan gå direkte ind i Apple butikken derfra. Det ligger desuden også trygt ifht evt bekymringer om mange hjemløse m.m. Det er let at bestille Uber til hotellet og ligger ikke langt fra eksempelvis Cable Car eller Shopping i eksempelvis Macys, Target eller outlettet Ross dress for lead. "
