Very nice rooms, easy walk over to casino using covered walkway bridge. On site parking for hotel was nice and close to hotel. No negetive remarks.

I had a few issues with my room. The last item was not resolved until my last day after the 4th time I had reported the same issue. I feel the hotel is getting worn in the rooms. Basic things like carpet used for molding is missing, shower caulking is needed, etc.

Great access to gaming facility next door. Limited parking in front of the property required parking in the garage next door but the walk bridge made it manageable.

Wow, 5/5! We are elated to hear that you loved your stay with us! We are conveniently connected to the Hollywood Casino at the Meadows. Additionally from our parking in the front of the building, we have a dedicated parking deck in the garage behind us that is adequately lit and connected via covered sky bridge to our 4th floor elevator lobby. Why did we not get the complimentary breakfast with our reservation. Is it Expedia being cheap or Hyatt Place. Next time I will not book with Expedia, but directly thru tje hotel website.

When we arrived we were greeted by Sarah who asked if we had any special requests. Since she asked, we mentioned that it would be nice to not be near anyone else. Somewhere quiet. She said "sure!" We fell asleep around midnight but realized the next morning that nearly every room around us was booked and you could hear people in and out of their rooms. The worst part was that the people right next to us kept slamming their bathroom door open and closed. I have no idea who decided to put these types of doors in a hotel, but they are an idiot. They are the kind the slide. I don't know if it was a kid who kept doing it? But it was constant. We mentioned it to the front desk and the woman was very nice about it and said that she knows exactly what we were talking about and said that she even warns guests about the doors and to consider others when opening and closing them. I wouldn't suggest staying here. The hotel rooms are showing their age. Weren't cleaned all that well and this stupid bathroom door design needs to be ripped out and replaced.

Everything was great other than the shower it’s self. The water pressure was weak and I had the heat maxed out and it was still cold. Very un enjoyable

This place is a gem.The restaurant in the lobby has a hidden secret....one of the best sushi restaurants anywhere. The chef was trained in New York City and I could go on and on. The hotel is attached to a great casino, and the accommodations are modern and spotless

This hotel was within easy walking distance of the Casino and Racetrack. There were plenty of restaurants in the area. The facilities were very good and the breakfast was convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable and at a decent price. All in all we felt safe and comfortable here and will likely return again.

There were many things broken in our room that made it dangerous to navigate the room and eventually when we realized the shower was also broken we had to leave at 5am.

The Guest Service Staff in evening was not pleasant nor helpful. I think when you arrive back to the hotel Welcome in should be shared with each guest. THERE WAS NO PARKING and I was told go park at the casino. I said oh really and walk back in the dark with my child. Frustrating

While in the shower, body wash was EMPTY. Mattress/Bed is worn out and broken in on one side. Did Not clean our room. On day of checking out, cleaning staff knocked once and walked in our room, instead of checking with front desk to see if we checked out This is Not Hyatt standards. Asked manger to call me, was told , she won’t be in for three days. Would like refund for my stay.

it was pretty good but we didnt stay long in room. we basically gambled night away. so cant really tell u much about hotel or the room, shower bed comfortably. Just the fact we had a place to sleep if needed. thing we didn't like was the distance to hotel to the casino and that cold long walk

Front desk not very helpful very rude like she hated her job. She was sitting playing on her phone and took long to even notice we were there to check in. I booked 4 rooms and 3 rooms were priced correctly and one was 100 more with no explanation other than not sure

Nice but needs more accommodations
Our stay was nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and I slept very well! The room was spacious and beautiful. As someone who needed a room with special accommodations, I was disappointed that there was a bathtub with no bath chair or accommodations. Also, there was only one translucent blind with no curtains which let allowed all of the outside light in. Would I stay again yes, but I will bring an eyemask for sleeping

Our window treatments come equipped with a sheer and a blackout shade that both run on a chain/pulley system. Also, all of our King rooms have a step-in shower if that would make it easier.
