"The property location is perfect on Lake Francis despite the poor weather we persevered. Our travels included fishing Lake Francis out of the State Park, Back Lake, and Third Conn. Lake. Home is well connected with internet and wi-fi and was a real pleasure to stay at! I would return in the future."

"This was the best rental we've ever had! Our grandkids really enjoyed the Infinity game table (well, so did the adults!) and it kept everyone entertained when we had some down time. The home is clean and comfortable with lots of sleep options and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking meals. The deer in the yard every morning were a plus! Overall a resounding 10 out of 10!"

"Very nice property. Not sure if there is access to Rangeley Lake as we could not find an access location. Property could use a Kurig type coffee machine rather than the old Mr Coffee style machine. Also most properties at this price point have basics such as a hair dryer etc. we will certainly consider this property again in the future."

"This location is perfect for access to trails to ride in the winter. The house is just amazing and very peaceful."

I expect not many people show up during the "mud season" and there was plenty following the snow storms and warming temps (hard to stay clean) Other than that a very comfortable stay."
