Un sueño, el nombre lo dice todo, en el corazon de la ciudad. La atencion MARAVILLOSA La habitación es hermosa, amplia, luminosa y tiene un muy buen baño. Tiene una zona comun donde te podes hacer un café Si vuelvo, no tengo dudas que este es mi.lugar.

Tiziana is amazing!, she was so helpful and kind. This place is amazing! beautifully decorated and no detail was left out in the restoration of this timeless space. Maybe the best place we have stayed in all our travels, the city feels like something out of a storybook. A labyrinth of magical doorways and mysteries ally ways. We will return here every time we are in Italy!

Ottimo b&b nel bel centro di Pitigliano. Accoglienza, gentilezza e tutto quello che serve per fare stare bene gli ospiti. Le camere sono ben arredate spaziose, dotate di buon materasso.

Fantastisk opphold
Ble møtt av innehaveren av hotellet, geleidet til lukket, privat parkering og deretter kjørt til hotellet. Fantastisk mottagelse, verten var tilgjengelig under hele oppholdet, bestilte vinsmaking og bord på hyggelig restaurant på kvelden. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Everything was perfect. The best place we slept and by far, our favorite city. The staff were welcoming, available and helpful. They even reserved a table for us at some local restaurants according to our preferences. The place was clean, well located and our room spacious. Nothing to say negative, I recommend. We also took the tasting olive oil and wine, very charming and it is worth the cost. If we return in this corner (we would like), we will undoubtedly return to this host.

Great property in the middle of the historic district. Tiziana, the owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations as well as anything we needed. Her family’s vineyard offers wine tastings of some exceptional wines.

Great place to stay right in the centre of the old town. Tiziana was so helpful. Loved Pitigliano, very friendly, lots of small crafts people making individual items. Definitely recommend coming here

A great surprise and stay!
A lovely renovated apartment in a beautiful authentic medieval building. Right in the historical center while quiet. It had everything we needed. Delicious coffee. Great hosts. We were a bit surprised that we had to meet our hosts at the parking area first (10 min walk). But it all made sense and worked out great. Cars are not allowed in the historical center. They made reservation for us at a beautiful underground restaurant (Il Caveau) a 2 min walk from apartment. And Pitigliano is beautiful. A great surprise and stay.

Best Stay in Pitigliano
My wife and I had a great stay here. The rooms are perfectly located in the center of town so you can walk to everything. The hostess was great getting is in, even helping with dinner reservations. The rooms were newly furnished and by of excellent quality as was the cleaning before and during our stay. Could not recommend it more.
Rooms are located of the square behind the left archway. Ideal.

The owner was very helpful in getting us to the room which is just off the main square and assisted us with parking the car in their free car park. She gave us a lot of information for the area. The room was very updated and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in the lovely city of pitigliano.

Struttura nuova, totalmente ristrutturata in pieno centro a Pitigliano, con camere spaziose, pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort. Tiziana, la proprietaria della struttura, è stata gentilissima e il parcheggio privato appena fuori dal centro è assolutamente vitale. Insomma, ottimo!

So nice!
If you’re planning a trip to Pitigliano we recommend you to stay at the Km 0 dal Centro! This newly redecorated hotel is really nice in the very center of the town, just on the square! We had a little trouble finding our way in behind the city walls, but the owners continuesly updated us via email, and met us on the square. They helped us with the bags and showed us to the room and gave us all info needed. Be aware of the stairs, no elevator. The room was neat and had a refrigerator. The bathroom can feel a little narrow and had no hairdryer but we didn’t mind. There’s no breakfast included but there is many coffee shops just around the corner. We came by car and got help from the owners to find a parking nearby the hotel, but not inside the city walls (5 minutes walk), but could drive to the square to drop the bags. The personnel is the most welcoming and nicest people we’ve ever met! The stay here was beyond our expectations and we can really recommend this hotel!!!

So afraid for the hairdryer ....... it was just new and in its box inside the wardrobe!!!!! Sorry for not having shown it to You.... We wait for You once more, but the next time I'll reserve You the Triple Deluxe with a bigger bathroom.... Good life!
