Hoteller i Pitelová

"Personal & essen "

"The hotel is beautiful. Zuzka was wonderful. She was patient, very efficient, kind and her English is excellent, which we really appreciated. Thank you again Zuzka! Hope to see you again! Jessica and the USA band Vio-lence. "

"Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. The grounds were well kept. The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. Listing a property on Expedia should include mention that English is not widely spoken when appropriate. Except for the cave steam bath, there...

"Very nice sweat receptionist when we arrive . And very nice breakfast . "

"This is a very posh, small (24 room) 5* hotel, located right in the center of the small town of Banska Stiavnica. We were the only guests that night, because the hotel had blocked reservations to get organized for the summer season (and forgot to block Expedia). There are a few tourist attractions in town (most interesting - the mine tour) and there are other...

"Brand new property that is well maintained and full of amenities. I stayed in the “Punk” room and it was really a fun place. The contact person was great and responded immediately on the few questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!!"

Experiencia bem ruim"

"The front desk staff is very helpful & kind. The room was old but clean. There is no aircon, just an electric fan only. There is no shampoo & soap."
