"Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!"

"We had a great stay. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your privacy. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. "Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in."

"My stay at RIU Montego Bay was a mix of positives and disappointments. My biggest issue was that the resort overpromised and underdelivered when it came to check-in. We were told our room would be ready at a certain time, but it wasn’t. I went to check on it once, and later my wife went back to ask again. That’s when we found out the room we had been waiting for wasn’t even going to be used that night for some reason. No one ever communicated this to us, which made the wait even more...

"The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and easy to contact. The hotel was up in the mountains and far away from every where. Nothing is in waking distance. They were doing construction on the outside of the building while we were there. The neighborhood boys would come to the basketball court early when they were out of school and you could hear them, so there's no sleeping in on the weekends or early evening hours naps.
