Wonderful beach house half a block from the ocean. Property is clean, well stocked and in a great location. We enjoyed homemade cinnamon rolls in the morning from the local bakery, hanging at the beach all day and the best clam chowder from the Splash cafe for dinner at night. All within walking distance. Great place for a family vacation.

Hoping to book next year.

The rooftop table was the cherry on top of this amazing house. We walked to and from downtown Pismo. We had a day of wine tasting in Paso. The house was a perfect size for our party of 5. It was a quiet area with easy beach access. We all fell in love with this property. ❤️

Property was easy to check in to, was the perfect size for our group of friends. Property was clean and organized! Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will definitely return in the future!

Great location and wonderful views of the beach. Walking distance to most restaurants.

Very clean and well maintained property, Well stocked with towels and extra beddings. It would be nice to have Air Conditioning especially during summers. People with disability or senior citizens will have problem with this property due to multiple stairs in the house to access the house and rooftop. Perfect house for family and friends get-away vacation.

spectacular ocean and pier views

Wonderful having 2 garage spaces with remote openers. Lots of steps, but the views and close proximity to beach and downtown made it so worth it. The 3rd floor living room/kitchen area with half bath was spacious for 4 adults and a 4 yo with very comfortable seating. The rental agency will hopefully update their guest book directory with instructions for TV operation and gas stove lighting. There was only 1 portable fan so we brought 4 which were necessary for a 90 degree Oct. day.! The middle bedroom mattress was ok for a 4 yo but uncomfortable for adults. Overall a great vacation and would rent again

Great location and view!

We had such a great stay here! The view is amazing from the living room and from the roof. It was very clean and the only issue we had was the dishwasher being a little bit old and not fully cleaning the dishes. Would stay here again!

great place lots of stairs

the location is outstanding, just a block from the beach and a block the other direction from the start of the main town area. it’s a corner location with fabulous high windows, lots of light. and lots of room. exceptional to have 2 enclosed garage parking places. the only thing i want to point out is from the property description we didn’t expect to climb a full set of spiral stairs before getting to the front door. this is a townhouse so we expected stairs inside and that was fine, but getting suitcases, groceries etc from the garage - just be aware you have that first outside staircase to deal,with.

The Perfect Beach House (with a few upgrades needed)

This was a great beach house to stay in! Be aware that there are many stairs to climb. There were a few issues that I hope they resolve. DEFINITELY make sure to bring an Amazon Fire Stick/Apple TV/Smart TV adapter as the TV is a little older. I did mention a few more issues to Beach Bum Vacation Rentals, and I would expect them to resolve them with no problem at all!

Awesome location for Pismo Beach

Clean and comfortable property. All of the appliances are new and in great condition. Super close to Pismo beach and Pismo Downtown. Everyone in the family had a great stay.

Loved the location

Great spaces, lovely kitchen, separate levels for eating and watching tv and bedrooms and bathrooms. Wished there were instructions for using TVs and entertainment center. That was frustrating.

Amazing views, amazing house!

This house has a breathtaking view of nearly all of Pismo Beach. The interior is well maintained and lovely for a group of family or friends to spend with. Will definitely consider coming back.

Amazing!

House was just like the pictures! Walking distance from the beach and downtown! I have two small children so this house was perfect for walking to the beach, playing then coming back for nap time. The deck had spectacular views, perfect for just hanging out. Only suggestion would be to put rubber grippers on the stairs that lead to the rooftop deck. They were a bit slippery but other than that, Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!!! Looking forward to staying here again!!

Great Place, Great Location

Really nice condo, plenty of room. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, it has a couple of sinkholes in it, other than that no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend it.

Excellent location, roomy, clean, well-stocked

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to take advantage of being on the coast. The condo has an amazing ocean view. The main floor and stairs are covered with windows. I loved all the natural light and the two-way blinds were convenient for having privacy and sunlight at the same time. There was plenty of room for six adults and one child to be on the main floor without feeling crowded. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with all the dishware, cookware, and small appliances needed on a daily basis plus bonus items handy during a party. I was particularly happy about being supplied a new sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and numerous dish towels. I have been to other rentals that gave very little of such items or none at all. How would you expect renters to keep your place well kept if you don't supply the tools? The garage space was most valuable and we appreciated the few sand toys and folding chairs for the beach. Coffee and fresh cinnamon rolls from the shop down around the corner was extra tasty when enjoyed on the roof-top patio. I would recommend putting grips on the steps outside. They were very wet from the morning fog. My only complaint would be the master mattress. The indentations on both sides are quite deep. You should consider immediate replacement. One couple mentioned a choice of pillow firmness would be nice. Perhaps two sets on each bed or an extra set in the closet. My number one praise would be to the staff at the local Beach Bum Holiday office. I was called on day 2 to make sure everything was great. I called once because the alarm had started beeping at us because of a low battery. They sent someone over right away. And I called the day after check out because I left my wedding band on the night stand. They found the ring an hour later and mailed it to me. Thank you to the office and cleaning staff. You guys rock!

Summer Vacation In Pismo Beach

We had a fabulous time staying at the condo on 269 Wadsworth. The Condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to the pier. The condo was clean and kept up with all of the needed items to cook with or if you choose to use the grill. The deck had an awesome view of the ocean and was perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine. There are plenty of good places to eat and shop within walking distance. We loved our stay in Pismo Beach . There was something to do for everyone , golf, fishing, hiking, shopping , eating and enjoying the beach. We hope to return to Pismo Beach and would definitely stay at this condo again.

Amazing location and great condo - poor housekeeping and maintenance

Condo is literally right on the beach. Rooftop provides gorgeous 360 degree views of the area. Unfortunately, the condo was very poorly cleaned and also seemed to be poorly maintained. There were three different smears of blood on the walls, the bbq (on Memorial Day weekend) was greasy and unclean, the shower nozzle leaked water every direction. These complaints were all emailed to management, as directed, within the first hour of our time there. We didn't receive a response until the later afternoon the next day. In their defense, they did refund the cleaning fee and offered to send someone to clean the unit. As we were only staying for two days, having someone come to reclean (and displace us from the unit we were paying for) with such a short time left was pointless. This should have been done beforehand. Especially considering we were paying a premium for the holiday weekend.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. This condo has fantastic ocean views and is only 200 feet to the stairs down to the beach. The roof top deck has a spectacular 360° view of the whole coast. We were also within a 5 minute walk of the pier and restaurants in Pismo Beach
