The beds were not at all comfortable and the was water coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. We contacted the reception and they send someone to fix it, but it didn’t help

lever ikke op til 4 stjerne, nok mere 2
beliggenhed er dårlig, lige ved siden af togbane og højfarts vej, meget støvet og larmende. selve hotelværelset lugter, toilet ligner sådan et på hospital som er handicap venlig, men har intet med ferie eller romantik at gøre. køleskab var ikke fungerende, selv om personale har kigget på den, den køler nok ned til 20 grader, som er køligere end luft udenfor. der er ikke minibar, som ellers beskrevet. den ligger slet ikke så tæt på tårnet som beskrevet, man skal gå gennem nogle stille og smalle baghaver for at komme til der hvor der sker noget. ingen butik eller restaurant i nærheden kun støv og tomme gader, man skal minimum 15min går tur væk for at hente en vand. vedhæftede billede at da jeg vågnet af larm fra biler der sidder forbi og vi har ikke gardiner, så lyset kommer ind og drejer væk hvergang der kører en bil forbi. vi kommer aldrig tilbage til det sted igen, ikke pengene værd. ok, billedet kan ikke sendes.

Det var venligt personale, de fleste glade og humoristiske. Værelset var i orden, rengøringen god og maden i deres restaurant var meget god. Speciel deres aften menuer, synes vi var i en klasse for sig selv. Endda for sådan en gluten allergiker som mig.

Morgenbuffet var utrolig lækker. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme. Værelset rent og pænt med sikkerhedsbox og et lille køleskab. Sengene var dog lidt hårde. Hotellet ligger tæt på togstationen Pisa S. Rossore hvorfra der afgår tog til Pisa Central Station, Lucca, Firenze og Livorno.

Fint hotel, men ikke 4-stjernet oplevelse. Slidt værelse, der ikke ligner det på billederne og med en bruser ikke virkede optimalt og ikke blev fikset trods det blev sagt i receptionen. God morgenmad og fin beliggenhed.

It was okay, but not amazing. Service was okay. Room was small for the price. AC didn’t work great, but well enough. Bed was very uncomfortable.

I think this hotel was just fine but was not in anyway grand. Rooms feel dated and could really be doing with a bit on renovation. Very little amenities, they did have a minibar that didnt keep anything cold. We did however like the staff, helpfully let us check in early and helped organise an early taxi booking.

The chambers are very neat and big. The beds are really really good 😍 nearest parking place is a bit far about 900 meters. If we would stay next time I think we would take a taxi.

Un hôtel très typique , assez rustique qui offre de jolies prestations comme un très bon petit déjeuner et d excellents plats pour le diner - l'intérêt c'est qu'il est très proche du site de la tour donc tout peut se faire à pied - le personnel est très sympa -

It’s a 3-5 minute walk to secondary Pisa train station. We made day trips so the location was great. Breakfast was great as were the hours. We’ll be back.

The hotel is conveniently located between 5-10 minutes from the beautiful Leaning Tower of Pisa. There is a car park at the back of the hotel which got a little noisy at night with sports cars revving their engines. The hotel is spotless, the staff are warm, welcoming and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and lots of delicious Italian wine to choose from. There is plenty of choice for breakfast too. It is well worth visiting Florence for the day by taking the train from Pisa Central Station.

Entre une route très passante et la voie ferrée ! Double vitrage très ancien qui ne couvre pas le bruit. Pensez à vos bouchons d’oreilles ! Couvre-lit très ancien comme les dessus de chaises de salle à manger ! La climatisation ne fonctionne pas. En ne pouvant ouvrir la fenêtre la chambre est bloquée à 25 degrés. C’est extrêmement désagréable et difficile de dormir. Le personnel est très gentil et le petit-déjeuner très bon mais c’est tout…

Bonjour,Je vous rappelle que sur le site Expedia, il y a une carte interactive où l'on peut voir que la structure est située à proximité de la voie ferrée.En ce qui concerne la climatisation, nous suivons les directives européennes en matière d'économie d'énergie qui exigent qu'elle soit allumée à partir du 1er mai.Salut

Personale gentile e professionale. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. 10 minuti a piedi dalla Torre di Pisa. Fermata autobus per la stazione proprio fuori l'hotel.

The property is only 15 minutes walk from the tower. The private parking costs 10 euros. The hotel was ok, the stuff was nice, there was a variety in the breakfast (veggies, bread, ham, cheese, lots of baked goodies, coffee, juice etc)
