"Property was very nice and clean. It was a locked gate with security at all hours which felt very safe. Our room had no window. Staff allowed us breakfast our first day, then next day said we did not pay for it and could only have coffee. The next day, they told us we could not have any coffee. We were not given an option to pay extra for the breakfast through the expedia package (flight/stay/car). Staff hosted a personal party one day and did not allow us to use the pool or the kitchen...

"I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo Turks and Caicos. The property is newly opened and has a relaxed, boutique vibe. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully considered and clean; the rooms were both comfortable and inviting. What made the experience especially memorable was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful, always ready to accommodate with ease and kindness. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is just a short four-minute walk away....

"The beach was beautiful with amazing snorkeling right off the shore. We saw so many beautiful fish and a stingray! Our bungalow was perfect, clean and spacious. We requested a roll away bed and they delivered one right away. The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity. "Perfect for families with small children. They have a small kids pool right next to the larger pool right by the beach making it easy to bounce back and forth. There is no breakfast included and the small shop closes at 5 pm making it difficult to get things like bottled water and supplies for the next morning if your arrival is late. "
