"This was my first time staying at a Lequita hotel; I was pleasantly surprised of how nice it was. Room was updated, fresh and clean. Bathroom updated and nice, but there were ants in the bathroom. Plenty of towels. There was a full delicious breakfast just as good as Embassy suites. Also, the front desk staff, the taller friendly lady, gave us a mini history lesson about the city and suggested landmarks for us to visit. Parking was free and extremely close. For the price, I would book this hotel...

"I made reservation on my Expedia app and I know what I chose but was given a room with no microwave or refrigerator and they didn't one to use for the customer and one of staffs work was hateful and rude and didn't care about what I said or anyone really rude and had no smile on face, I won't be coming back and I'm going to tell friends and family and others about it too,, Thank you"

"Don’t stay here. We needed a night for a bed and a shower. The room wasn’t even level enough to close the bathroom door. There’s definitely mold that’s been painted over in the room and visible mold in the bathroom. The air conditioner was so loud and rumbling all night I hardly slept. I had to take a shower in a bathtub with no drain since it was so dirty it couldn’t drain. After my shower I told them we needed another room to shower in since it took 30 minutes to drain even halfway, that room...

"This place was amazing! Very clean and the most comfortable beds! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very convenient to the old downtown HotSprings tourist area. And it has the most delicious breakfast cafe right next door. Also the manager was very accommodating with our late checkin. Excellent communication! Don’t go anywhere else, seriously!"

"I loved everything. It was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. I give the whole experience a 100. Hospitality with sodas and chips and candy already there and cold. Plates and utensils we needed were set out. Outside and Inside was better then the pictures. We'll worth the stay. Thank you for everything. It was perfect. My 3 year old daughter loved it also."
