Set on a hillside just 15 minutes drive from the seaside town of Portorož, surrounded by olive trees, this charming, purpose-built villa is an ideal choice for 2 families or friends looking for a stress-free holiday. Well-equipped with everything guests might need for a comfortable vacation, Villa Olivia makes the perfect base for guests who want to relax and explore both Slovenian and Croatian Istria.

The villa is laid out over 2 floors and can sleep up to 7 people. The main living space is on the ground floor and consists of an airy, open-plan living space which is full of light and leads out onto a shaded terrace overlooking the private swimming pool.

The owners have taken great care in the décor which is stylish, with contemporary furniture. The sitting area includes an elegant corner sofa, wood burning stove and flat-screen TV. This is next to the large dining table for 8 people and the smart, newly-fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, Nespresso and Mokka coffee makers and a fridge/freezer.

Stairs lead from the living area down to a separate games room, with a pool table which can be changed into a conference table and a sofa. These are next to the sauna. Glass doors lead out to an exterior kitchen with a BBQ and protected dining area where guests can enjoy meals al fresco. From here stone steps go up to the private unheated pool. This is surrounded by a terrace where guests can relax after a refreshing swim.

Bedroom 1: The elegant master bedroom has a king-sized double bed, French windows leading to the balcony, a large, walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: This lovely room has a double bed and an open wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Ideal for children, this room has a bunk bed and a single bed.

Bathroom 1: The en suite bathroom is fitted with a glass shower, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: An independent bathroom appointed with a shower, basin and WC.
Bathroom 3: This bathroom is next to the sauna and games room. There is an open shower and a separate WC.

Similarly, the port city of Koper (just 20 minutes away) offers a delightful day trip with its rich history, quaint streets, and stunning Venetian-inspired architecture in Titov Trg, the main square.
