"Make no mistake, this place is off the grid. But it is beautiful in so many ways. The exterior, the interior and the beautiful added touch of a sauna. I really enjoyed staying here. Just one piece of advice, I'm the type of person who doesn't read instructions and just tries to figure it out on my own. "This place is such a hidden gem. The setting is breathtaking. Staying in the cabin, sitting by the log fire, watching the sun going down was truly magical. The cabin is comfy and has everything we needed for our stay. The farm animals, and the super cute friendly cats were an added bonus. We loved every minute of our stay here."

Hot tub is 5/person per use. To use the grill costs more. Just little things that shouldn’t cost more, cost more to use. Little misleading to promote a hot tub as a part of the rental then charge more to use it. Which is fine if it was part of the listing that you had to pay more, but dont like that you find it out only...

"We always love our stay at the Wild West 40! This is definitely the tiniest of their tiny homes, but it was plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 kiddo. The beds were comfy, the shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen was sufficient for cooking our meals. The critters outside are definitely friendly and we enjoyed feeding Stella and Sweetie and their calves carrots, along with Kincaid, Trigger, and the goats. The chickens kindly provided us with fresh eggs for breakfast!"
