Our Cottage overlooks beautiful Ghostpine Lake and the 11th hole of the scenic Whispering Pines Golf course. The 2012 538 sf cottage has 2 bedrooms and one full bath with tub and shower. The Master has one queen sized bed and armoire, dresser. The smaller second bedroom has a bunk with a double on the bottom and single on top, and dresser. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including bottled water and coffee. (except food and dishwasher) The family room has a 2 stool bar, TV with cd's and VCRs. (no cable satellite or streaming). Outside you will find a 12'x24' covered deck with table, chairs, BBQ, bar fridge and portable fire pit. Nicely grassed yard wraps around the unit and deck so you can play games or watch the many bird species frolicking in the natural forest grove along the south boundary. Parking is available in the front driveway for 2 vehicles only. The clubhouse and Lake are within a 5 minute walk which includes many amenities such as restaurant, bar, patio, free driving range, putting green, heated pool, spa, exercise room, coin laundry, beach, playgrounds and tennis court etc. Awesome for couples and families to sit back and relax in the extremely quiet location, free from traffic and golfballs. Centrally located 90 minutes from Calgary, 25 minutes from Red Deer or Innisfail and 90 minutes from Edmonton.
