"Had a great stay here with my boyfriend . The place was easy to find and has a lot of great dining options in walking distance. The room was clean and fresh and the property was so nice. We especially loved the paddle boats and kayaks for guest use. The back deck is also lovely to sit on and relax. Even saw a bunch of wildlife while there. Definitely will come stay again. Excellent location near pine knob concert venue."

Floors are dirty and worn throughout the hotel, elevator needs TLC (works, but beat up inside), room bath shower head needs replaced (worked, but is nasty looking), and so forth... on the plus side, the bed mattress was comfortable (need bigger pillows) and AC worked. "The gentleman checking us in was beyond amazing!! He made our stay! We were in a quiet area on the first floor with a patio. Everything was clean and nice, they did run our of towels on Saturday night but other than that no complaints! "

"I love being able to stay in the updated rooms, although the television wasn't working (I guess I needed the quietness). A gentleman by the name of Mr. Khan, while shoveling snow, went out of his way to make my parking area hazardless by shoveling around where I would get into my truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I came out to find he had done this! I thank him and appreciate him so much for doing that!"
