Pænt, rent, lækker og god beliggenhed
Dejligt hotel i udkanten af Pincher Creek, store værelser, pænt og rent, alt er som det skal være på sådan et hotel. Personalet var utrolig hjælpsom. Ligger lige ved siden af supermarkedskæden Wallmart og der er også nogle gode spisesteder lige ved siden af hotellet. Her vil vi gerne bo igen.

Charged my Credit card more than the invoice which I saw when we already got back home. Breakfast kept running out and refills were extremely slow. The ladies working in the kitchen were cooking and doing dishes at the same time so they need more staff. Dishes were being hand washed and not so well. I asked for room service on day two and when I got back I found the diaper that i left still in bed tucked under the blanket Cleaning needs to be better as well

Good afternoon Noureen, We are truly sorry to hear you were not fully satisfied with your experience at our property. We would like to thank you for taking the time to bring the payment to our attention. Your card was charged once for payment and once for a hold that does reverse in 5-7 days depending on who you bank with. I do apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. For our breakfast area the attendants do hand wash the dishes to remove any debris of food before putting them into our sanitizer so it does not cause damage. As for the room service I will speak with housekeeping to make sure that this doesn't happen again as we have not had something like that happen before so again I do apologize for that. We hope to one day have the opportunity to have a chance to better serve you again.

Our family of 5 (3 teens, 2 adults) stayed here for 1 night on May long weekend. We wanted a place with a pool, hot tub, slide and breakfast. We got 3 out of 4. Check in was incredibly slow, but we're patient as there was a new front desk person and she was learning. We very much appreciated that she told us about the Pow Wow because we went and really enjoyed ourselves. The room was fine but the beds dipped a little in the middle which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. We went down for breakfast at 8am and there was nothing left to eat and nowhere to sit. Large groups of families took up the eating area letting their children run free, making food messes everywhere. 2 staff tried as hard as they could to keep up with the demand but it was useless. We decided to go back to our room, pack up then try again for breakfast. We came down 45 min. later and the same families were sitting, chatting at the tables, still eating as though they hadn't eaten in days. One man took the tray of bacon set on the counter, brought it to his table and shared it with his family. It could have fed 20 people. It went to 6. We gave up and went to McDonalds for breakfast even though we chose this hotel for the included breakfast. Perhaps a kind but firm sign on each table about a half hr. time limit and sharing of food could benefit ALL paying guests. My teens were very disapointed and us as paying parents for the hotel will not return. Staff did their best with inconsiderate patrons.

The staff were nice and the swimming pool was excellent, especially the water slide. The breakfast was also excellent, filled with variety and there are so many options to choose from.

Went to check and and the staff tried to charge me more than I had already prepaid for this hotel! I was very upset but said Expedia doesn’t charge enough. At breakfast they continually ran out of food. No eggs no bacon and no hash browns.

Hello Stephanie, thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Expedia's site says that there are hotel fees that get collected at the hotel. Our friendly guest agent tried to help you with this, as well as waived the 4 dollar fee after the whole matter. We do not know what Expedia charges nightly as they are a third party site. I will talk to my breakfast hosts on how we can assure breakfast does not run out. Thank you again for your review. Take care.

The pool and slide were a big hit with the kids and the hot tub was magical after a day of skiing. The staff are also great and so accommodating.

Weather wasn't great therefore they were letting guests check in early. This was much appreciated and spending the afternoon on the pool/hot tub/waterslide was a great "make up" for the kids, too pur failed attempt at skiing that day. Many thanks. Most stalls had plug ins also- bonus! (Pincher no stranger to high winds and low windchills)

This was a typical Ramada hotel.It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Hot tub and pool were broken and we were not advised. The only reason we booked this hotel was so that the kids could enjoy the water slide and hot tub facilities. Our children were extremely disappointed.
