"There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...

"Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The fitness center was very uncomfortable due to the preset thermostat at 76 degrees. Please fix this. It was like a sauna in there. There was no hand sanitizer. I did appreciate the cold water dispenser though."

"This is conveniently located just off the interstate and has restaurants and gas stations nearby. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast (cereal, toast/bagels, waffle machine, plus scrambled eggs, sausage, & biscuits and gravy). The bed was very firm (which is my preference)."

It was clearly water damage that they hadn’t fixed. The stove was questionable enough that I didn’t try to use it. There was someone’s old empty cardboard six pack beer holder left in the fridge. "The sheets were old. There were hairs under our pillows that were not ours. The shower needs to be replaced. Water pools around your feet and the shower floor is very old. The pool was out of order. There was not a hot tub. The breakfast was mediocre. There was not any coffee in the lobby for my husband and I since the staff were working very hard to keep the breakfast food filled for a large amount of people staying as part of a bus tour.
