"Upon check-in. My room was strictly customized for guests with disabilities. The mattress was low with no box spring, and the shower was small, with an attached shower chair. I called to request the reception and requested room change. Front desk told me that the only remaining rooms are similar. The shower was detached and I had to hold it while showering. When I found out that the toilet was splashing heavily while flushing it, I complained to the receptionist. Then I was switched to a...

"Breakfast was pretty basic and not a lot of options. Coffee was really good though. Maybe best I've had at a hotel. Hot tub was not nearly hot enough, but pool and hot tub area were clean. Room was spacious and really good for the price. Overall good place and would stay again."

"The staff were nice. We did not have breakfast, but it was available. Adequate parking was available."

"Prefer not to write a personal evaluation."

"The service was exceptional, and the food was amazing! Will always book my future stays in the area with the Sheraton West Minneapolis 👌"

"Great experience"

"Hotel was fine. WiFi was an issue as it kept dropping the connection every hour or two."

There was also someone using a vape in the building that made our whole hall smell like skunk. The...

"Pretty new hotel with pleasant employees and god sized Roms. Few minor points pulling rating Down - ICE bucket dirty - heating & ventilation noisy constantly - breakfast delayed 10min 1day and reduced egg"

"They charge for parking"

"The front staff at the check in desk were not very friendly or helpful at all. We interacted with three individuals and they were all not very good. The room’s were clean and the breakfast was very good."
