"This was our first time ever booking on VRBO. My husband is completely against them as we watch too many horror movies. But the stay here has changed his mind. The house was just as the pictures we saw. The property manager was always available. It was nice and spacious and clean. We barely were there as we were in town for a family reunion. But we were pleased with this booking. I hope to book this place again next year if it is available."

"If you're looking for a "fancy" house, this is not for you. But in saying that, it was perfect for my small family. Great location, close to amazing restaurants and Busco Beach. All the necessities were there in case you forgot something. Keurig coffee station was a wonderful start to the day! Drinking coffee on the screened in back porch while the pups ran around the huge fully fenced in backyard, this was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway! "Despite being on a main thru road, it was surprisingly very quiet. The house is nicely decorated and presented tho it shows it age with uneven floors. The host was very responsive and easy going. Amenities were a huge plus! The only down side was the neighborhood being concerning due to several recent gang like activities in the very near vicinity (2 miles and under). Please check local news b4 coming. Otherwise it's a solid 5 star review"

"The house had lots of sleeping option. Quick and Easy to communicate with host. In a quiet neighborhood and 25 drive to ECU. The property has had some less than perfect repair jobs and several of the beds did not have bed frames. Just the mattress and boxsprings laying on the floor. The fridge was loaded with bottled water and can sodas. Over pretty decent place to stay. "

"The pictures do not do it justice. It’s even cuter in person and very clean. The check in process was a little bumpy but that was due to vrbo, not the owner. She was quick to remedy the situation. "Access to Swimming pool is listed which is the main reason we selected this property and the owner did not have access to the pool to give to us. She stated she would try to get access and get back to us and never did. VRBO is looking into whether this is a fraudulent representation of pool access and if should be removed from the listing since, as mentioned above, was the main reason we decided to rent this property. As mentioned in the previous review, the pictures in the listing do not match...
