"Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!"

"First off I was spectacle of the reviews of this property because the price was so cheap compared to others in the area. I’m glad to say the property exceeded our expectations. The home is in a great locations, right off the PF strip, but in a quiet neighborhood so you don’t hear all the cars and such. The home is very clean and the host includes a free bottle of wine…there’s tons of spices if you need them and all the cabinets are labeled so you can find what you need. Internet works great...

"This property is just as described. It is a beautiful location, quiet and very clean. We all had plenty of privacy and room. The drive up to the cabin is steep but we became used to it as we practiced our 3 pt turns. Lol Would definitely stay here again. Loved everything! "

"Property was good. Light in bunk bedroom would not work. Three of the fans you could not control with the remotes. Someone came and looked at them and said need to order parts. That was on a Monday and nothing got fixed by the time we left on Saturday. Could not watch a TV program without the screen locking up or no reception."

"The cabin is very proximal to central Pigeon Forge and is 10-15 minutes to Dollywood, depending on traffic. The cabin was clean, family friendly, and well-kept. Our hosts were super communicative, which meant a lot to us! They gave us suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and activities. We would definitely stay again."

"The location of this property was perfect. The layout and design of Sanctuary was great. My only complaint is the lack of cleanliness. There was an odor, like pet dogs had been in the home. There were also remnants left from the prior users. (Wrappers, bottles, etc.)."

"We LOVED Mountain River! Extremely nice home and very clean. Beautiful views of the river. The river was easily accessible from the back yard and the men caught trout and small mouth bass. We cannot wait to come back!"
