  • Relax in our Cozy Quiet 2nd floor condo (No elevator). Just 1 block off the Parkway in a cul-de-sac tucked away & quiet.

    If you like car shows & parades or just to relax. This is the place to be.
    You have easy access to all the action. Walking distance to the Public grocery, The Island, restaurants, & theaters. The 3 Bears General store to see live bears & miniature golf.

    The complex offers guests a private community outdoor pool (in season), charcoal grill area, picnic table and gazebo,

    We have high-speed Updated WIFI. 2 LED flat screens with HD cable. In the living area we have a fold out comfortable Queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. One bedroom with King size bed and jetted whirlpool tub for relaxing. A Full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo Full kitchen with dishes and all your cooking needs.

    Visit our Cozy Relaxing getaway, and enjoy our quiet condo for all your needs.

    No elevator (Stairs only 17 steps).
    No pets of any kind allowed because of allergies or Smoking in the condo.

The condo was very clean. And a great location for us. Whenever we are in town we always book this welcoming condo away from home. The host are so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo.

We had a really good time in the condo. A great way to spend quiet time with your family. Way better than a hotel. It’s also walking distance to a lot of shopping and dining areas. The condo was very clean and cozy.

The condo was super clean and very quiet and relaxing. The location was perfect, really close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Island. We had a perfect stay. We will definitely come back!

Host was friendly & prompt with communication. Fully furnished for all our needs for our 1 week stay. Comfortable bed and lazy boy leather rockers in livingroom. Bonus jet tub in bedroom!! We will definitely book again. The location was convenient and yet just off the busy main drag so it was quite during our swim in the cute pool. Thanks for a great stay! From Canada

Beautifully decorated condo with a great location in proximity to everything popular in Pigeon Forge, yet just off the main drag and surprisingly quiet.One of the top by Condos I’ve booked over the last 20 years. Great hosts, and reasonably priced, will definitely book again.

Very clean, in a nice quiet area but right in the middle of town without the hassle of going up a mountain on windy roads. Perfect for a couples get away or small family. My favorite part was the jacuzzi bath tub. Hosts were amazing and very communicative! Will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend!

Great location, cute, very clean, good price. Would definitely recommend this one and hopefully we’ll get to stay here next time we hit the Smokys.
