This charming three-story cabin offers four stylish bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. The main level features a King master suite with a private bathroom and balcony access. On the upper levels, you'll find two additional King bedrooms and a kids' room with a fun full-over-full bunk bed—perfect for little ones!

The cabin includes 4.5 bathrooms, all featuring tub/shower combos with rainshower features and spacious vanities. There’s also a bathroom conveniently located near the pool for quick swimsuit changes.

☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆
The spacious kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, a full-size fridge, and appliances like an Instapot, toaster, and blender. Enjoy a Keurig coffee bar and easy cleanup with two sinks and a quiet dishwasher.

The open-concept living area is perfect for family gatherings, with a cozy stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, and bright, sunny afternoons. A Pack n' Play is available (bring your own bedding).

Relax and unwind in the private heated saltwater pool, located in the basement on the same level as the hot tub. Set to a comfortable temperature of 80-85°F, it’s perfect for year-round enjoyment. The peaceful atmosphere is enhanced by beautiful hand-painted murals and cozy seating for ultimate relaxation. With dimensions of 15ft long, 7ft wide, and 4ft deep, it’s ideal for leisurely swims and splashing around—just no diving allowed!

Occupancy:
Maximum of 10 guests (8 adults max). No adults on the top bunk. All guests over 2 must be included in the reservation. For liability reasons, visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed at any time.

PARKING:
Flat parking for 2 cars (35 ft long x 20 ft wide). No overflow parking available. Please check listing photos if unsure about vehicle fit.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT:
Check-in anytime after 4pm with a personalized door code. $50-$100 fee for early check-in, depending on cleaner availability. Check-out is by 10am.

ENTRY:
Keyless entry with a personalized door code sent on the day of check-in.

INTERNET:
Stay connected with 500 Mbps high-speed internet, perfect for streaming, browsing, or working remotely. The living room features a 55" Smart HDTV, and you'll find Smart TVs in each bedroom as well. Simply log in to your own streaming accounts and enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay. Whether you’re relaxing by the fireplace or unwinding after a day of adventure, entertainment is at your fingertips!

LAUNDRY:
Conveniently, the cabin has a washer/dryer and we provide 2 laundry pods to get you started.

PETS:
$150 fee for up to 2 dogs (50 lbs max each).

Smoking:
Non-smoking property—no smoking inside.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
Our cleaning service provides basic "start-up supplies" including 1 roll of paper towels, small liquid dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash liners, hand/face soap, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. These are travel-sized items, so please plan to purchase more for the duration of your stay.
The property is stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, and 2 bath towels per guest. You'll need to bring or buy soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
A Keurig coffee maker is provided—please bring your own coffee pods.

HOUSE RULES: Important, please read!
This property requires a signed renter agreement and a security deposit hold to finalize your reservation. The door code is not provided until these steps are completed.
By booking, you agree to follow all house rules.

☞Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement outlining the guidelines and house rules. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily set up their security deposit and sign the agreement.

☞Security Deposit: A $200 deposit "hold" will be placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, if no damages occur.

☞Trip Insurance: We recommend trip insurance for emergencies. No refunds or date changes after the free cancellation period.

☞Cancellation Policy: We follow our cancelation policy, In the event of cancellation, any Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing fees are non-refundable.

☞Rental Age Policy: Per HOA rules, guests must be 25+ to book and must stay for the entire duration. No third-party bookings allowed.

☞Occupancy: Max 10 people or 8 adults. Ages 2+ must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests incur a $150 per person, per night fee. Only children on the top bunk.

☞No visitors or unregistered guests. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per regulations. Violations may result in a $500 over-occupancy fee. No 3rd-party bookings.

☞No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted at any time, even briefly. Booker is responsible for any damages or extra cleaning fees.

☞Photo Variations: Photos are for reference only. Decor, beach items, and games may vary; room layout and bed sizes remain the same. No refunds for minor changes.

☞Quiet Hours (10 PM–8 AM): Violations result in a $250 fine and possible eviction.

☞Smoking: No smoking inside. Violation = $250 fine, loss of security deposit + professional cleaning costs.

☞Check-In: After 4 PM. Early check-in $50-$100 if available; not offered during peak/holidays.

☞Check-out by 10 AM. Late fee: $50 per half-hour. No shipping forgotten items.

☞Parking: 2 cars (3 max if compact). No boats, trailers, RVs, buses, or commercial vehicles. No street or neighboring cabin parking.

☞Outdoor Grill: Supervise while in use, clean it afterward. Bring charcoal.

☞Security Cameras: 2 cameras (front porch & driveway) recording during your stay. $200 fee for tampering

☞Devices: Do not tamper with smoke alarms or unplug WiFi routers. $250 for tampering, unplugging, disabling, or removing

☞Indoor Pool: Supervise children. Use at your own risk—no diving. Temperature is fixed at 80-85°F. No alcohol, glass, oils, soap, salts, or bath bombs. Violations: $250 fine + repair costs.

☞Pool & Hot Tub: Use at your own risk—No oils, bath salts, soaps, or glass. Adding any substances to the water results in a $350 fee. Damage to the hot tub cover results in a $400 replacement fee.

☞Mini Golf: Putt only – no swinging, chipping, or launching balls. No rough play. Children must be supervised.

☞Use of Amenities: All amenities are provided for guest enjoyment. By using them, guests agree to do so at their own risk. The property owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property sustained during your stay.

☞NERF PLAY RULES: Play responsibly with protective eyewear. Report damage or loss. Guests are responsible for the cost of lost or damaged equipment.

☞Trash: No routine pickup. Cleaners will collect after checkout.

☞Pest Control: We have monthly pest control and bed bug inspections. To minimize pests, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use.

☞Power Outages: Electricity, internet, and cable may be disrupted due to storms or other issues. While rare, we cannot offer refunds for outages or unforeseen circumstances.

☞Restricted Items: No candles, confetti, hair dye or glitter. Violations result in a $100 fee and damage charges.

☞Showers: Keep curtain liner inside the tub to avoid water damage.

☞Toilets: Only flush toilet paper.

☞Biohazard: Deep sanitization (bodily fluids) = $250 fee. Any unsanitizable items (bedding, rugs, etc.) will be replaced at the guest's expense.
